The group's operations are structured into four main entities: BNH, the parent company handling asset management and corporate functions; Bahrain National Insurance Company B.S.C., specializing in Commercial and Motor & Personal Lines Insurance; Bahrain National Life Assurance Company B.S.C., focusing on Life & Medical Insurance; and iAssist Middle East W.L.L., providing a range of smash repair services.
