National International Company (Holding) KSC (NIH) is a public shareholding company, established on 14thJanuary 1979, and is based in Kuwait City (Kuwait). The company primarily engages in real estate and investment activities in local and international companies, as well as in the purchase and sale of real estate. It operates through segments like: equities, other investing activities, and real estate investing activities. The real estate investing activities segment comprises of investing and trading in real estate and construction, real estate development, and other related real estate services. The equities and other investing activities segment is responsible for participation in financial and real estate funds, and in managing the group's liquidity requirements. It also engages in owning industrial equities, such as industrial trademarks, patents, royalties, or any other related rights and permitting them to other companies or using them within or outside Kuwait. The company also has two wholly owned local subsidiaries, namely Al Ola National Real Estate Company WLL, mainly involved in the purchase and sale of real estate, and Al Ghad Project Management Company WLL, which is active in real estate projects management.
