Manazel Holding is a public company based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and was established in July 1983. Manazel is listed on Boursa Kuwait since February 2009. The company engages in the real estate sector, in general and particularly in housing, and undertakes all activities of real estate development; buying, selling and looking for local, regional and international investment opportunities in real estate. It is one of the leading real estate development companies in the region, operating through diversified operating portfolios. The company also lends money to companies in which it holds shares, owns industrial equities like trademarks, patents and franchises them to other companies inside and outside Kuwait. It operates through the real estate and investment segments. The real estate segment owns, sells, develops, and acquires land and real estate properties. The investment segment deals with investments and portfolios managed by specialized companies. It has one subsidiary 'Manazel Developments', operating across Kuwait, working on diversified real estate activities. Moreover, it invests its surplus funds in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies. The company also invests in influential companies in local and foreign companies to achieve their aspirations and success.
