The National Bank of Oman (NBO) was established in 1973 as the first incorporated bank in the Sultanate of Oman. Initially founded as a joint-stock company, NBO has grown to offer both conventional and Islamic banking services. NBO operates through five main segments: retail banking, corporate banking, investment banking, treasury and international banking, and Islamic banking. The bank is committed to providing high-quality financial solutions and maintaining a customer-centric approach. NBO has a substantial presence across Oman, with 61 branches nationwide. Additionally, the bank boasts one of the largest ATM networks in the country, with over 169 ATMs available for customer use.
