International Financial Advisors (IFA) is a public company based in Kuwait City(Kuwait) and was established in January 1974. IFA is listed on the Boursa Kuwait since September 1987. The company operates within the real estate sector, focusing on diversified real estate activities. It has operations in Asia, Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and several other countries. It provides financial advisory services, as well as managing funds, portfolios and investments. The company's main business is regulated into two segments, namely: asset management and investment services. The asset management segment is responsible for fund management and wealth management. However, the investment services segment engages in core holding, which includes controlling stakes in companies in various sectors; strategic investment, which supports partnership with companies worldwide, and portfolio investment. The company also provides financial advisory services, trading in local and global securities, issuing guarantees, lending, borrowing, managing investment funds and portfolios management, as well as trading in futures contracts. It has 43 subsidiaries operating across the British Islands, Western Europe, Southern Africa, Southeast Asia and Middle East. The company along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in different business sectors, such as resorts and hotels, aviation and airlines, travel and tourism, property development, real estate, and securities trading.
