Al Aman Investment is a public company based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and was established in December 1974. Al Aman is listed on the Boursa Kuwait since November 1999. The company provides financial products and services in Kuwait, GCC, and a few other countries. The company is primarily engaged in providing Sharia-compliant financial and investment services. Al Aman offers a wide portfolio of investment products and services, access to local, Arabic and international markets, and Sharia-compliant financial instruments. Its products are structured into two divisions including asset management and investment advisory services. The asset management segment is divided into two subdivisions, namely:local &Arabic asset management, which is responsible for equity portfolio and equity fund services, and international investment &asset management, which provides capital market and international direct investment services. The investment advisory services section is divided into three subdivisions, namely corporate finance, which is responsible for direct investment (local and Arabic) and listing and restructuring; investment placement, and consultancy and research services. It has 14 subsidiaries operating across Qatar, Kuwait, UAE and Egypt. Some of the main wholly owned subsidiaries include Inayat Health Care Company, Al Aman Holding Company and Elite National Medical Company.
