IFA's shares are listed on both the Kuwait Stock Exchange and Dubai Financial Market. It operates within the real estate sector, focusing on diversified real estate activities. It has 43 subsidiaries operating across the British Islands, Southern Africa, Western Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia. It provides financial advisory services; trading in local and international securities; borrowing, lending, issuing guarantees; managing investment funds and portfolios; and trading in future contracts. The company also provides diversified financial services in different sectors: leasing, real estate, services, investment, leisure. Asset management offers fund and wealth management services, and investment services is engaged in core holdings and strategic and portfolio investments.
