Activities

National International Holding Co. (NIH), a subsidiary of Global Macro Fund, is a Kuwait-based public shareholding company, engaged in investments in local and international markets. NIH operates within the diversified financial sector, focusing on multi-sector holdings. It has 9 subsidiaries operating across Kuwait, Bahrain and Germany. The company is headquartered in Kuwait City, and was established in January 1979. It became listed on Boursa Kuwait (BK) in January 2005, and owns interests in both Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti companies. NIH also acts as a guarantor for companies in which it owns shares. The company has two local wholly owned subsidiaries, namely: Al Ola National Real Estate Company WLL, dealing in the purchase and sale of real estate, and Al Ghad Project Management Company WLL, involved actively in real estate projects management. It is organized among its subsidiaries into two business segments: the real estate investing activities segment, which includes trading and investment in real estate and construction, or the development of real estate for sale and other related real estate services and the equities and other investing activities segment, which includes contributing to real estate, financial funds, and managing the company's liquidity requirements.
