Union Properties has developed several landmark projects in Dubai, including MotorCity, Uptown Mirdif, Green Community, Limestone House, Index Tower. Union Properties is dedicated to delivering high-quality real estate projects that meet customer needs and contribute to the UAE's development. The company values innovation, sustainability, and excellence in all its operations. In 2023, Union Properties reported a revenue of AED 508.01 million, a 21.19% increase from the previous year. The company also achieved a net income of AED 837.62 million, reflecting significant financial improvement.
