Activities

Musharaka REIT Fund is a closed-end public real estate investment fund, listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 1st October 2017. The fund was established in July 2017 and is managed by Musharaka Capital Company. Licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the fund ensures that its diversified product offerings are all Sharia-compliant, while also remaining strict with its investment criteria and high transparency standards. The real-estate assets of Musharaka REIT Fund are diversified over residential, industrial and hospitality sectors. The company is managed by an experienced management team with a strong business network throughout the GCC and within the country. It aims to be a leader in its industry, and an innovative contributor to the development of the property sector as a whole. The fund was established with the objective to invest in construction and developed real estate capable by generating a regular rental income. It may allot up to 25% of its assets to property development projects, on condition that at least 75% of assets will be allocated to developed property. It also distributes 90% of its net profit in cash to the unit holders, throughout its term, at an annual basis as a minimum.
