Alkhabeer REIT Fund is a publicly offered closed-ended Shari'a-compliant real estate investment traded fund. It operates in accordance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations and is subject to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) guidelines. The fund's primary objective is to achieve continuous rental returns and periodic cash dividends for its investors. Alkhabeer REIT Fund primarily invests in real estate assets, aiming to generate periodic rental income for its unit holders. In 2023, Alkhabeer REIT Fund posted SAR 62 million in Funds From Operations (FFO) and SAR 35.1 million in net profit. For the first half of 2023, it reported SAR 32.2 million in FFO and SAR 17.2 million in profit. The fund distributed a 1.05% cash dividend for Q1 2024. It recently completed the sale of a B&Q property for SAR 87.6 million. The board approved a property purchase bid in February 2024. The Funds portfolio includes the following properties: Almalqa Residential Complex in Riyadh, Gallery Mall in Tabuk, Palazzo Center in Riyadh, HomeWorks Center in Riyadh, Ahlan Court in Jeddah, BIN II Plaza in Jeddah, Elite Commercial Center in Jeddah, Elegance Tower, Al Farabi Colleges, Al Farabi Colleges Training Building, Vision Colleges Education Jeddah, and Akun Warehouse.
