Activities
Alinma Hospitality REIT Fund is the first real estate traded fund specialized in the hotel sector in the Saudi market. It operates in accordance with the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations and is compliant with Sharia standards and controls. Alinma Hospitality REIT Fund primarily invests in structurally developed and income-generating real estate properties within the hotel sector, hospitality, and tourist accommodation. The fund aims to achieve continuous and growthable cash dividends for its unit holders by distributing profits at least twice annually. Distributions are not less than 90% of the fund's net profits. This specialized fund provides diversification to the real estate fund market. Investors can tailor their portfolios based on their investment orientations and choose the sectors they wish to invest in. The funds managed assets are: Vittory Palace Hotel, Rafal Ascot Hotel, Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel, Comfort Inn Olaya Hotel, and Clarion Hotel Jeddah Airport.
