Al Hammadi Holding is an integrated healthcare group and a premier hospital operator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Their mission is to provide world-class healthcare services to hundreds of thousands of local and foreign residents each year. Al Hammadi Holding currently operates two hospitals in Riyadh, the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These hospitals collectively house 600 inpatient rooms and 180 outpatient clinics. Al Hammadi started out in 1985 as Al Hammadi Hospital. In 2004, the company was converted into a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and a new name was given, Al Hammadi Hospital Company. In 2008, the company was further converted into a closed joint stock company and the name changed to, Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment. In 2014, the Initial Public Offering (IPO) was held for the company and it was formally launched on Tadawul, the Saudi Stock Exchange. In 2022, the company's name was finally changed to its current form, Al Hammadi Holding. That same year, Al Hammadi Holding recorded impressive financials: A whopping 1,122 million Riyals in revenues, representing an 18% increase from the previous year, and a solid 416 million Riyals in gross profits, at a healthy margin of 37.1%. Its operating profit also increased 26%, reaching 292 million Riyals, while their net profit is SR 257 million, at a net profit margin of 22.9%. Clearly, they're not just saving lives; they're also acing the financial game! Al Hammadi Holding diversifies its investments across various sectors: Hospitals and Healthcare, medical support services, construction and maintenance, medical industry, innovating and advancing healthcare, as well as providing education & training.
