Moller-Maersk, 16% by Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo (Holdings) Co. W.L.L. and remaining 20% by various corporate and individual shareholders. It has been established for the purpose of managing and operating the state-of-the-art Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KBSP) of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Hidd, Manama, Bahrain. The port serves as a multi-purpose facility for domestic cargo, cruise traffic, and a trans-shipment hub for the growing Gulf shipping market.
