Al Ashghal Al Moysra Trading Company, a closed joint-stock company, was established in Saudi Arabia on November 12, 2013, with a commercial registration number 3400017288. The company specializes in general construction for government buildings, on-site construction of prefabricated buildings, residential and non-residential renovations, road and street construction, pavement works, and the repair and maintenance of power stations and transformers. They also focus on sports constructions like stadiums, demolition and removal of buildings, cooling and air conditioning systems, building finishing, cleaning new buildings post-construction, furniture installation, and the general construction of residential and non-residential buildings (such as schools, hospitals, hotels, etc.). Additionally, they manage parks and gardens for public housing, highway parks, exhibitions and conferences, light transportation, wooden furniture manufacturing, freight transportation, and furniture moving.
Based in Sakaka, Al-Jouf, Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. provides a wide array of logistics and facilities management services. In 2024, the company gained attention by issuing a prospectus to float 480,000 shares, representing 20% of its capital, on the Nomu-Parallel Market. The IPO was a success and in 24/07/2024 the company's shares started trading in Nomu.
