United Carton Industries Co. (UCIC) is one of Saudi Arabia's leading manufacturers of corrugated packaging solutions, with a strong presence in both industrial and commercial sectors.
Founded in 1988, United Carton Industries Co. (UCIC) has grown into a major player in the packaging industry, specializing in the production of corrugated cartons and high-graphic packaging. The company is a joint venture between Hayel Saeed Anam & Co. Group and local Saudi partners, combining international expertise with regional market insight to deliver high-quality packaging solutions across the Kingdom.
UCIC operates five state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, strategically located in Jeddah and Riyadh, with a combined annual production capacity of 420,000 metric tons. These plants are fully automated and equipped with advanced systems that ensure flexibility, consistency, and scalability.
The company produces a wide range of packaging products, including corrugated boxes, shelf-ready packaging, point-of-sale displays, and customized solutions tailored to client specifications across industries such as food, retail, electronics, and logistics.
UCIC holds a commanding position in the Saudi market, reportedly controlling 40% of the local corrugated carton segment. This market leadership is supported by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. In October 2025, UCIC successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO) and is now listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange. The IPO was met with strong investor interest, achieving 126 times over-subscription, signaling confidence in the company's growth trajectory and strategic vision.
