The Public warehousing Co. is an international logistics company, commonly known by its brand identity, 'Agility'. The company was established in Kuwait and has branch offices spread across various countries including regional offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Established in 1979, the company started trading on Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1984 and on Dubai Financial Market in 2006. Agility Public Warehousing Company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the provision of logistics and its related services in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the United States, and Africa. It operates through two segments:'Logistics & Related Services' and 'Infrastructure'. The company offers air freight, ocean freight, sea/air freight, and road freight forwarding services; supply chain solutions for business needs; warehousing and distribution services; systems and technologies for shipment tracking, order management, vendor management, and inventory management; logistics support services that include heavy-lift and out-of-gauge cargo moves for capital projects, oil and gas projects, and marine services. Agility also provides specialized logistics services for the chemical industry; fairs and events logistics services, as well as manages goods movement for companies, government agencies, NGOs, and institutions. In addition, the company offers supply chain management, logistics, and procurement services for defense and government customers; customs modernization services; waste recycling services; and airport and airplane ground handling and cleaning services. It also owns, manages, and develops industrial real estate properties. Furthermore, Agility is involved in the provision of customs consulting, contract logistics, transportation services, logistics services for automotive, pharmaceuticals and life science, retail, and technology industries, and also deals in private equity activities.
