Agility Public Warehousing Company, the Dubai-listed logistics firm, announced on Monday that one of its subsidiaries has been awarded a concession by the Office National des Aeroports of Morocco.
The award to National Aviation Services, a Kuwaiti subsidiary in which Agility holds a 95 per cent stake, is to provide VIP passenger services and operate Morocco's 16 airport loungers across nine airports.
The term of the agreement is 10 years, with revenues over the 10-year concession period estimated at $250 million (Dh917.5 million).
