Sport Clubs Company (SCC), founded in 1994 and headquartered in Riyadh, is a leading operator of fitness centers and sports facilities in Saudi Arabia. Known for its three core brands-Body Masters (men's clubs), Body Motions (women's clubs), and Body Experts (sports solutions)-SCC has developed a robust footprint with 56 clubs nationwide and over 109,000 active members. Its services span gym memberships, personal training, nutrition consultations, and turnkey sports facility solutions, making it a well-rounded player in the Kingdom's wellness sector.

SCC recently made its public debut on the Saudi stock market (Tadawul) through an IPO on July 8, 2025, offering 34.32 million shares at SAR 7.5 each. Retail investors were allocated 20% of these shares, and institutional interest surged with an oversubscription of 44.1 times. The listing marks a key milestone in the company's growth strategy, aimed at increasing its visibility and raising capital to fuel expansion.

In 2024, the company earned SAR 327.4 million in revenue, with fitness services contributing 78% of the total. SCC's assets include four company-owned plots and 55 leased facilities, with plans to launch 15 new clubs by 2026. It also intends to grow beyond Saudi Arabia via franchise models in the GCC and MENA regions. SCC currently holds a 10.9% market share, ranking second after Leejam, which leads with 53.3%.

Strategically aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, SCC's mission is to advance healthy lifestyles and improve access to fitness infrastructure. As the Kingdom's wellness economy grows-projected to reach SAR 15.6 billion by 2030-the company is positioning itself as a key enabler of active living across the region.
