Royal Caribbean Arabia has honored thirteen travel industry partners from the Middle East for their outstanding contribution in generating cruise sales in 2013.

The award ceremony was attended by travel trade people and media at a special ceremony held at the Emirates Towers, Dubai on Tuesday.

Best Caribbean Sales, Outstanding Sales Growth, Sales Excellence and Agency of the Year were some of the categories for the much sought-after "WOW Performer" Awards given to the travel agents who go the extra mile in providing the unmatched Royal Caribbean vacation to their guests.

"We have been successful once again by achieving a double-digit percentage growth on our guest volume compared to the previous year. This consistent growth would not have been possible without the valuable support of our trade partners in the region," said Lakshmi Durai, Executive Director of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises Middle East.

The winners of the 2013 'WOW Awards' are Al Faisaliah Travel & Tourism Co., KSA, and Interspace Tours, Lebanon, for Caribbean Sales Award; Al Salhiah World Travel & Tourism, Kuwait, Emirates Holidays, UAE and Qatar Airways Holidays, Qatar for Outstanding Sales Growth; Travel & Tourism, Kuwait, Regency Travel & Tours, Qatar, Trans Arabian Sea Air Travels, UAE, and Travco Travel Company, Egypt, for Sales Achievement Award Discovery; Al Kaatib Travel Agency, Bahrain, Amin Kawar & Sons Travel & Tourism, Jordan and Kurban Travel, Lebanon, for Sales Excellence Award; Trans World Travel, Bahrain for Agency of the Year award.
