Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,916.39 points, marking a decrease of 3.53 points below the previous closing.

This decrease was due to the drop in the material sector, real estate sector and consumer staples sector.

The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 807.09 points, marking a decrease of 3.95 points below the previous closing.

Results indicated that 72 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,185,687 worth BD 230,159.

Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 53.77% of the total value of securities traded.
