Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,919.91 points, marking an increase of 2.78 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to a rise in the communication service sector, the consumer discretionary sector and the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 811.04 points, marking an increase of 0.18 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 52 equity transactions took place with a volume of 778,497 worth BD 189,248.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 46.03% of the total value of securities traded.
