Subsequent to Taleem REIT Fund announcement on 10/04/1439H corresponding to 28 Dec 2017 regarding Taleem REIT Fund signing a MOU with Al Rajhi United to acquire an educational real state located in Al Nuzha district in Riyadh, Saudi Fransi Capital is pleased to inform that the concerned MOU has been extended for a period of 45 days and will now end on 1/7/1439H corresponding to 18/3/2018.
Except as mentioned above, Taleem REIT Fund confirms that there is no other fundamental change to the previous announcement.
