Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister for International Multilateral Affairs and General Supervisor of the Public Diplomacy Deputyship Abdulrahman Al-Rassi met with Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev in Moscow on Wednesday.
The two sides reviewed the longstanding friendship and ties between the two countries and their peoples, exploring ways to further strengthen collaboration across various fields, SPA reported.
They also discussed the roles of the Saudi Shura Council and the Russian parliament in promoting bilateral relations.
The conversation covered recent regional developments and ongoing efforts to address them.
Additionally, the two sides examined opportunities for closer economic and investment cooperation and discussed key economic issues of common interest.
