Saudi Cable Company announces that the Board of Directors is about to reduce the Company's Capital in order to adjust the Company's conditions in accordance with the provisions and regulations issued by the official authorities. The Company will start to take the necessary actions and will have the approvals of the concerned and official authorities for such option. The Company will later announce for any further developments in this regard.
