As part of its ongoing support for youth and its continuous efforts to attract the best national talents and professionals, Gulf Bank concluded its participation and sponsorship of the "My Job" career fair, which was being held at The Arena - 360 Mall, under the patronage of Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, during the period from October 16 to 18.

During their participation in the exhibition, Gulf Bank's Human Resources representatives shed light on the nature of banking work at the Bank and provided detailed explanations to job seekers about the types of banking jobs and the professional development opportunities the bank offers its employees.

The Bank's booth witnessed a large turnout of visitors interested in learning more about the Bank's departments and work environment, as well as submitting job applications, driven by Gulf Bank's strong reputation as one of the most attractive employers for young national talent in Kuwait.

On this occasion, Hamed Al-Tamimi, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Gulf Bank, stated: "We are pleased to participate in the 'My Job' career fair - the largest private sector recruitment fair - as it presents a real opportunity for companies to attract national talent and competencies, and to help young people make critical decisions regarding their career paths and professional futures." He added: "Gulf Bank is keen on attracting young Kuwaiti talents and professionals across various fields, as they represent the generation capable of keeping up with modern demands and the rapid technological innovations in the local and global banking sector."

Al-Tamimi reaffirmed Gulf Bank's commitment to supporting Kuwait's vision, which prioritizes increasing employment in the private sector and developing the capabilities of Kuwaiti youth while encouraging them toward professional growth. He noted that this is reflected in the rising percentages of national employment within the Bank in recent years.

He concluded by saying: "At Gulf Bank, we believe our employees are the cornerstone of our success and the secret behind our distinction. That's why we continually work on developing our systems and processes to empower them to excel and advance professionally, thereby reinforcing the Bank's position as an employer of choice for both employees and job seekers."

Hamed Al-Tamimi: We believe our employees are the foundation of our success and the secret to our distinction, and we are always keen to enhance and develop their capabilities.
