Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,946.83 points, marking a decrease of 6.41 points below the previous closing.

This decrease was due to the drop in the communications services sector, the consumer discretionary sector, the financial sector and the material sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 855.39 points, marking a decrease of 1.71 points below the previous closing.

Results indicated that 92 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,044,663 worth BD 585,903.

Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 80.06% of the total value of securities traded.
