Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,908.66 points, marking an increase of 1.71 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to a rise in the consumer discretionary sector, the financial sector and the consumer staple sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 804.50 points, marking an increase of 0.75 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 92 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,050,452 worth BD 621,080.

Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 55.49% of the total value of securities traded.
