Astra Industrial Group announces the signing of Islamic Banking Facilities agreement with The Saudi British Bank (SABB) as following:
1.loan was signed on 06-08-2014
2.Loan amount of SAR 877,500,000
3.Loan period duration from 06-08-2014 to 06-08-2020.
4.The purpose of the loan is Islamic banking facilities to fund the CAPEX
5.Loan guarantee : Usual bank documents and Promissory Note.
