Americana Group (Kuwait Food Company) said Thursday that it has posted profits totaling KD 44 millions (equivalent to $146 million), in the first nine months of 2017.
According to Boursa Kuwait website, Americana noted that the company's share for the same period reached 114.8 fils, compared to 114.3 fils during the same period past year.
Americana Group attributed such profits due to the rationalized sale and decline in operational costs, adding that total earnings from related deals for the company has reached KD 73,000.
