The Board of Directors of Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period 2014 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 30,000,000
2.Divided per share SAR 1
3.Divided represent 10% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on Eligibility for these distributions will be to the shareholders registered in the company share register as of the end of trading on the Annual General Meeting day scheduled for the first quarter of 2015 and which will be announced along with the distribution date in due course after obtaining the necessary approvals
