AL-AHLI Takaful Company (ATC), a pioneer insurance service provider in the Kingdom, has launched its new automated system designed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), an information technology and digital solution leader, during an inauguration ceremony held recently here and attended by ATC Board members, employees and major partners of the project. The new system has been designed according to the highest and latest technological standards in this field.

"The launch of the system is part of ATC strategy to build and develop its internal IT capabilities. We used to rely on a third party to perform technical tasks but today we have our own independent and state-of-the-art system that enhances the company's development," said Belaiheed Nasser Al-Belaiheed, ATC Chairman of Board of Directors, who sponsored the ceremony.

"Selecting TCS, which enjoys a considerable experience in information technology and business solutions, serves the company's strategic goals to introduce a modern IT system and bolster its operations in order to provide its large database of customers with nothing but the finest and best services they deserve."

Abdulrahman Salih Al-Abrah, ATC CEO, said "the new system aims to upgrade customer services, meet customer needs and support new products and services. A strong and solid infrastructure will develop the infrastructure of the company's systems and enhance security to the maximum. It will also cement the company's presence in the market and enhance its role as the pioneer provider of insurance and savings services in the country."

The ceremony was attended by key partners of the project, mainly National Commercial Bank and Tata Consultancy Services as well as ATC staff members who played a key role in launching the system.
