Hayat Communications is a public company based in Kuwait City (Kuwait), established in May 1999. HAYATCOMM is listed on the Boursa Kuwait since May 2007. The company engages in the design, supply, building, and management of various types of fixed line and wireless networks, namely the mobile industry, fiber roll-out, security and surveillance. It also engages in the trade and contracting of electrical and communication equipment, wireless and wired telecommunications equipment and maintenance. It has 12 subsidiaries operating across Southern and Central Asia, Northern Africa, Eastern Africa, and the Middle East. Its business solutions include: deployment, network planning, managed services, and in-building solutions. The products offered by the company include: three- and four-legged towers, monopoles, rooftop structures, power rectifiers, equipment shelters, and cells on wheels. It is at the leading edge of telecommunications technology, in engineering exceptional, quality, innovative, cellular, broadcast and radar products, systems, services and is famous for providing comprehensive turnkey services around the region. Its fully owned subsidiaries include: Hayat Construction Ltd Co., Hayat Communications -UAE, Hayat Communications Private Ltd, Hayat Communications Co Ltd, among others.
