Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications and technology innovator in the Kingdom, has signed a strategic agreement with Huawei to launch the fastest electric vehicle (EV) chargers in Bahrain at its headquarters in Seef.
This initiative marks a major milestone as part of Zain Bahrain's broader sustainability strategy, reinforcing its alignment with the kingdom's and the region's sustainability goals and commitment to advancing clean energy solutions.
The new EV chargers, capable of delivering ultra-fast charging up to 360kW, also feature advanced liquid-cooling technology, designed to maintain reliable performance in the region's hot and humid climate.
Each charger is equipped with smart software that tracks usage in real time and sends alerts to ensure smooth and safe operation.
Zain Bahrain's EV Charging solution, comes as part of Zain Business solutions portfolio, delivering a scalable, integrated solution to help organizations and commercial establishments adopt sustainable practices and build Bahrain's national EV charging infrastructure.
It also supports Bahrain's shift to cleaner energy by advancing technology-driven services for businesses and aligning with the Kingdom's goals.
