United Kaipara Dairies Company announced it would not distribute any dividends for 2014. The announcement came during the company's Ordinary General Meeting, which was held on Wednesday in Dubai.
During the meeting, the board of directors also approved the financial statement for 2014, and approved the split of nominal value of the share from Dh100 to Dh1.
Additionally, the board approved the change of the name of the company to Unikai Foods, and the amendment of ownership mechanism to have up to 20 per cent of capital owned by foreign shareholders.
