Saudi Ground Services Co. announces that Board Member Mr. Rashid Bin Abdullah Almuqait (Independent) has submitted his resignation to Board of Directors on 06-08-2015 to avoid conflict of interest as he is also the Executive Vice President for Business Development at Al Tayyar Travel Group (Saudi Joint Stock Company). His resignation will take effect on 09-08-2015.

In this regards, the Management Board of Saudi Ground Services offer its sincerest thanks and appreciation to Mr. Rashid Bin Abdullah Almuqait for his distinctive role and contribution in the development of the company's performance and services during his tenure.

Saudi Ground Services announces that board member Mr. Yusuf Bin Abdul Kader Attia (Non-Executive Director) has submitted his resignation from his current position as a member of the Board of Directors in order to avoid conflict of interest being an employee of the Al Tayyar Travel Group (Saudi Joint Stock Company). His resignation will take effect on 09-08-2015.

In this regards, the Management Board of the Saudi Ground Services offer its sincerest thanks and appreciation to Mr. Yusuf bin Abdul Kader Attia for his distinctive role and contribution in the development of the company's performance and services during his tenure.

With this, the Company will open the door for nomination of membership for the Board of Directors. They will be selected and confirmed during the General Assembly of the Company in the first meeting and ratification.
