RAK Ceramics said on Tuesday its shareholders have approved plans of the board, which recommended Dh0.25 per share of dividend and 5 per cent bonus shares.
RAK Ceramics will begin trading ex-dividend on March 8, the company said in an emailed statement.

A cash dividend payment is scheduled to be paid within one month of the company's Annual General Meeting and shareholders who purchased RAKCEC stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment. The dividend payment represents a 67 per cent increase over the prior dividend payment.
