The website for Jeema Mineral Water Company won a bronze medal in the Food & Beverage category at the 5th Pan Arab web awards on April 25, 2009.
The glittering awards dinner was held at the Burj Al Arab.
Jeema General Manager, Mr Mohab Hanafy, says:
The award demonstrates the ability of the Food & Beverage industry to reach consumers in new and exciting ways involving product and ingredient development, packaging design and marketing. Jeemas clarity of purpose and winning strategy helped us to win this award.
Jeema mineral water is one of the purest waters in the UAE. It comes from underwater springs in Hatta and is bottled straight from the source. Unlike other bottled water, Jeema is only exposed to the air, throughout its entire production process, for less than quarter of a second.
Jeema continues to expand and solidify its position as the regions number one mineral water producer, with an annual growth of 35% for the past 2 years. Its customer base of five-star hotels, restaurants and supermarkets, continues to grow, establishing the brand as a premier water of choice in the region.
Having recently concluded an agreement with Aquafina, Jeema will soon be launching a new size bottle. As with all its environmentally friendly packaging, the new bottle will adhere to the PET crushable bottle system .
