Gulf Financial House (GFH) Financial Group announced that it will hold its ordinary general meeting on March 29 at the group's headquarters in Bahrain Financial Harbour.
The meeting will discuss and approve the company's financial statement for 2015, increasing the number of board members to nine, and electing the ninth member.
If the required legal quorum is not available, a second meeting will be held on April 5, or a third meeting on April 12 at the same place.
