Dallah Healthcare Co. announces the signing of Islamic Financing Agreement with Al Rajhi Bank with the following terms:
1-The Agreement has been signed on 08/01/2018.
2-Total financing amounted to SR 1,300,000,000
3-Total financing terms are eight years.
4-The company is intending to use these facilities to finance construction of new and under-progress medical facilities and hospitals.
5-The facilities were granted against a promissory note from the company to the benefit of al Rajhi Bank with the total of SR 1,498,937,292 for the total facilities including their profits.
6-The granted facilities from AL Rajhi includes Participative Credit (Musharakah) and Import Sale Contracts.
