Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share Index advanced on Thursday, as it gained 11.96 points, or 0.11 percent, to close at 11,010.63.
The total trading turnover of the benchmark index was SR3.17 billion ($850 million), with 147 of the listed stocks advancing and 93 declining.
The Kingdom's parallel market Nomu also gained 179.41 points, or 0.75 percent, to close at 24,071.88.
The MSCI Tadawul Index advanced by 0.12 percent to 1,434.38.
The best-performing stock on the main market was Advanced Building Industries Co. The firm's share price increased by 7.39 percent to SR37.80.
The share price of Rasan Information Technology Co. rose by 7.37 percent to SR116.60.
Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. also saw its stock price climb by 5.18 percent to SR13.21.
Conversely, the share price of Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. declined by 2.32 percent to SR2.53.
On the announcements front, Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. said that it received a contract valued at SR221 million from National Water Co. to carry out sewage network works in phase four, part two, in Hafar Al-Batin and Al-Qaisomah governorate.
In a Tadawul statement, the company said that it will construct sewage networks with pipe diameters ranging from 200 mm to 700 mm, totaling nearly 184 km.
The deal also includes building manholes and inspection chambers.
The company said that the impact of the deal will be visible in the company's financials starting from the first quarter of 2026.
The share price of the firm increased by 2.03 percent to SR140.80.
