Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,901.77 points, marking an increase of 5.47 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the communication services sector, the consumer discretionary sector, the financial sector and the real estate sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 786.31 points, marking an increase of 13.49 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 91 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,530,234 worth BD 321,058.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 43.71% of the total value of securities traded.
